Welcome to Five Voices, a non-profit food pantry born from the heartfelt journey of a family deeply committed to making a difference in their community. Founded by April and Alan Bostick, Five Voices is more than just a pantry; it's a beacon of hope, inspired by their profound experience as foster parents. Five Voices represents each of their daughter’s voices from a time they needed to be heard the most.
From April 2018 through March 2021, April and Alan welcomed five daughters into their home, each with a unique story but a common thread of facing food insecurity.
Today, all five girls have found their forever home as Bosticks through adoption, and their journey has ignited a passion within their parents to extend a helping hand to others facing similar struggles.
At Five Voices, we believe that every individual deserves access to nutritious food, regardless of their circumstances. We understand the adverse impact that food insecurity can have on a person's life, especially on vulnerable children. That's why our mission is simple yet powerful: to alleviate hunger and nourish hope in our community.
Through our pantry, we provide a lifeline to families in need, offering not just food but also a sense of dignity and belonging. We envision a community where no child goes to bed hungry, where every family has the support they need to thrive.
